The introduction lines are used to set the tone in a eerie, dark way that helps put the reader into the story. Reading that gave me the chills and felt that i was seeing the imagary put there. Many movies now use this technique like the paranormal activity sieres. It gives a same setting with and eerie font and start to there films.

Midterm Reflection

Well, that midterm was simpler that I thought it would be but I still wasn't  prepared. The first half of it was fairly easy because out of all the vocabulary words those stuck to me the most. It wasn't untill the second half I started facing dificulties. I started it by doing the words I knew and then kind of just filled in the blanks to what I felt was apropriet. I definitly learned that I need to put in more study time for the next time we ttake a test like this so O can come in more confident.

I wish to live in the woods with purpose, to see only the important things in life, and get rid of anything that isnt important to my basic survival. I dont want to live something that isnt life, life is special, I dont want die unless I have to. I want to get all that there is out of life, live with only bare nesecities, to get out as much as possible out of life, to break it down into its simplest forms to understand,and get the original meaning of the world. Or if life is magestic to experience and give a first hand encounter on my next journey. It seems like most men arent sure whos doing life is but we just choose to glorify something.

Midterm Preparation

- make flash cards
- make a list of all the words on a piece of paper
- highlight cards that i know by heart
- divide into sections each day to study
- use spare time in class to study vocabulary
- write sentences with the words

- try using the vocabulary words in my normal language and in text messages

- repeat the last card you studied after reading a different card
