The end of Gatsby ch. 9

- the begging of the chapter talks back on the events suggesting that allot of time has passed
- very few people come to gatsby's funeral only nick the servants and jay Gatsbys father
- everyone suspects that Gatsby and myrtell had a relationship
- nick runs into tom afterwards and is disgusted with him. Tom says Gatsby deserved to die
- nick goes back to the Midwest and describes west egg as people with no values
- nick stops talking ti Jordan and after he does she tells nick that she's engaged
What does nick mean when he talks about how western life isn't like eastern life?
